Fasta Blogging Referral Program Terms
Effective date: 2 August 2026
These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the Fasta Blogging Referral Program.
Fasta Blogging is operated by Creative SEO Coach, referred to in these terms as “Fasta Blogging”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
By activating, using or sharing a Fasta Blogging referral link, you agree to these terms.
1.Eligibility
The Referral Program is available to Fasta Blogging customers and other individuals who create an eligible referral account.
Participants must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate account and contact information.
- Accept these Referral Program Terms.
- Comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer protection and electronic marketing laws.
We may reject, suspend or remove a participant where reasonably necessary to protect Fasta Blogging, its customers or the integrity of the Referral Program.
2.Referral links
Each eligible participant may be given a unique referral code.
A referral link may be generated automatically when a Fasta Blogging account is created. The generation of a link does not require the account holder to share or use it.
Participation begins when the participant activates the referral feature, shares their link or otherwise accepts these Referral Program Terms.
Referral links are personal to the participant and must not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.
3.Qualified referrals
A referral becomes a Qualified Referral when all of the following conditions are met:
- The referred person is a new Fasta Blogging customer.
- The person clicks a valid referral link no more than 30 days before creating their Fasta Blogging account, or enters a valid referral code during signup.
- The person begins an eligible paid subscription.
- The subscription remains active for at least 60 consecutive days.
- At least two successful monthly subscription payments have been received.
- The payments have not been refunded, disputed or charged back.
- The referred account is not connected to a prohibited self-referral, duplicate account, fraudulent transaction or other misuse of the Referral Program.
A person who previously held a paid Fasta Blogging subscription within the preceding 12 months is not considered a new customer.
Only one participant may receive a reward for each new customer. Where more than one valid referral link has been used, the last valid referral link clicked before account creation will receive attribution.
Referral rewards will not normally be added retrospectively where the referral link or code was not recorded during the applicable attribution period.
4.Referral reward
For each Qualified Referral, the participant will receive a credit equal to one free month of the standard Fasta Blogging subscription.
The reward:
- Has no cash value.
- Cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
- Does not cover taxes, add-ons, setup fees, separate services or amounts already paid.
- Cannot be applied retrospectively or refunded.
- May only be used once.
Where the participant has an active Fasta Blogging subscription, the credit will be applied to the next eligible subscription renewal.
Where the participant is not a Fasta Blogging customer, the credit will remain in their referral account and may be applied when they start an eligible subscription.
A participant may hold a maximum of 12 unused free-month credits at one time.
5.Reward expiry
Each referral credit expires 12 months after the date on which the credit is issued.
Expired credits cannot be reinstated, exchanged or refunded, except where required by law.
Where reasonably possible, Fasta Blogging may provide a reminder before a credit expires. Failure to receive a reminder does not extend the expiry date.
6.Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes
A referral will not qualify if the referred subscription is cancelled before the qualification requirements are completed.
We may cancel or reverse a pending or issued reward where:
- A qualifying payment is refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back.
- The referral resulted from fraud, misuse or a technical error.
- The participant or referred customer provided false information.
- The referral breached these terms.
We will not reverse a properly earned reward solely because the referred customer cancels after completing the qualification requirements, unless fraud, a payment reversal or another breach is subsequently identified.
7.Prohibited conduct
Participants must not:
- Refer themselves or create multiple accounts to obtain rewards.
- Use payment details, identities or businesses they control to create an artificial referral.
- Use cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, misleading links or unauthorised tracking methods.
- Publish referral links on coupon, voucher or discount-code websites without written approval.
- Run paid advertising that uses Fasta Blogging’s name, trademarks or confusingly similar search terms without written approval.
- Make false, misleading claims about Fasta Blogging.
- Represent themselves as an employee, agent or authorised representative of Fasta Blogging.
- Send unsolicited commercial email, text messages or direct messages.
- Use automated systems, purchased contact lists or scraped personal information to distribute referral links.
A participant may refer a genuine client or another separately owned business, provided that the referred customer controls its own account, independently chooses to subscribe and is not being used to create an artificial referral.
8.Referral disclosures
Participants must clearly disclose that they may receive a free month or another benefit when someone joins using their referral link.
The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand. It should appear close to the referral link or recommendation.
An acceptable disclosure is:
“I may receive a free month of Fasta Blogging if you join using my referral link.”
The participant remains responsible for complying with any disclosure rules that apply to their website, social media platform, email provider or jurisdiction.
9.Electronic communications
Participants are responsible for how they distribute their referral links.
Participants must not send marketing messages without any consent required by applicable law. Commercial messages must clearly identify the sender and include any required unsubscribe method.
Fasta Blogging does not authorise participants to upload contact lists or send messages on behalf of Fasta Blogging unless that functionality is expressly provided and approved by us.
10.Privacy
Referral information is handled in accordance with the Fasta Blogging Privacy Policy, including the cookies we set.
Participants will not be given access to a referred person’s payment information, private account information or complete contact details solely because they made the referral.
Referral dashboards may display limited status information such as pending, qualified, cancelled or expired.
11.Program changes and termination
We may change, pause or discontinue the Referral Program where reasonably necessary.
Material changes will apply prospectively and will be published on our website or communicated to affected participants.
Properly earned and unexpired credits will continue to be honoured after the program ends unless they resulted from fraud, misuse, payment reversal or a breach of these terms.
We may immediately suspend or terminate a participant’s access where we reasonably believe that fraud, unlawful conduct, security risks or serious misuse has occurred.
12.Errors and disputes
Participants should contact hello@creativeseocoach.com if they believe a referral or reward has been recorded incorrectly.
Referral tracking can be affected by cookies that are blocked or deleted, browser restrictions, incorrect referral links or technical interruptions. We do not guarantee that every visit will be successfully attributed.
We will review referral disputes using the information reasonably available in our systems. Our records will determine attribution unless the participant provides reliable evidence showing that an error occurred.
13.Relationship between the parties
Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint venture relationship between the participant and Fasta Blogging.
Participants have no authority to make agreements, promises or representations on behalf of Fasta Blogging.
14.Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasta Blogging is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from participation in the Referral Program.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
15.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
The parties submit to the courts of that State or Territory and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
